Our team of investigators offers efficient, objective and confidential investigations of cases of discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation at work.
The service includes:
Reading the complaint, background information and all relevant documentation
Preparing and conducting all interviews
Notetaking
Production, circulation and sign off of interview notes
Analysing the data collected
Written report which includes conclusions and findigns
If appropriate, making recommendations for discipline and follow up action
Full management report, if required, including recommendations for strategies to avoid similar incidents in the future
Our Investigation Service follows the Policy and Procedures of the organisation concerned.
To date, none of our findings have been overturned at employment tribunals.
