Jean Kelly, Director, has an MA in Gender Studies, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Nichola Marchant, Chief Consultant, is a Human Resources specialist and facilitator.  She has a wealth of experience in the private and public sector dealing with HR issues, including harassment and bullying at work investigations,   increasing employee engagement and change management.

Laura Kelly, our marketing manager, also co-facilitates and is training to be an investigator.  Laura’s background is in the music industry and she has excellent creative and people skills.  Laura has a BA Honours degree in Communication and studies journalism and NLP.

Tommy, our Business Administrator, supports Laura in marketing campaigns, assists Jean in general office duties and is responsible for recording our downloads.  Tommy’s creative skills include writing and performing music and he studies business and computer applications.
